Policies

By purchasing from my shop Noble Demons, you are agreeing to the following policies:

(Sorry this isn't very fun to read, legally I have to be professional here, 😔 please clap)

Expected Shipping Times:

During shop updates please expect around a 3 week turn around for shipping orders, during updates I get many orders and I am only one person sometimes two shipping orders out daily. I appreciate your patience immensely while I get everyone's little guys send to them !

During regular shop days please expected 7+ days for your order to ship out!

I do not have priority shipping options because I am just one person and I wouldn't be able to handle having different orders with different shipping times but if you would like something to arrive quickly feel free to reach out to me via contact form and I can see what I can do!!

    Communication & Response Time

    I answer emails myself (the samee person who draws and ships everything) so please give me a few days to get through my email load ! I will always reply to all emails personally. If you believe your messagee didn't go through or was ignore feel free to resend it either through the contact for or directly to my email: hello@nobledemons.com

    Returns & Exchanges

    Returns and exchanges are provided for defective items only, or if the incorrect item was send to you, and apparel with sizing issues.  Thank you for understanding!

    Customs Fees

    Please be aware we are US based, and if your are ordering from anywhere outside of the US all packaged might have additional fees onces it arrives to you. These are custom fees and completely out of my control, it most likely goes to your local postal service not through mee and I cannot do anything to change or lower these fees I am very sorry!

    By purchasing through me you are agreeing to pay these custom fees, if you choose not to pay the fees your postal service will usually return the package to me. Reach out if this was the case and I will work to refund you the product cost but we cannot refund shipping costs as those were already paid getting the package to you.

     

    Defective or Damaged in Transit Items

    If you have received a defective product or your order was damaged in transit, please email me either via my contact form or through my shop emails hello @nobledemons.com  with picture/s of the item at least 3-4 days from arrival and I will work with you to find a solution!

     

    Order Cancellation & Refunds

    Any order cancellations/changes/refunds can be made within 3 days of making the order, or as long as the order hasn't shipped out yet.

    For preorder items your address changes can be made until the order is ready to ship, so sometimes several months if it's a product that takes longer to me. Just reach out and I will make any changes! 

     

    Preorder Policy

    By Purchasing a preorder you are agreeing that you are OK with waiting for a product while it is made! These products usually take a month or many months depending all the product type. Each item will have its designated shipping time in the Item title and on your receipt. Please be aware that there is always a possibility of delays which I will communicated to everyone via social media, and email! 

    Preorder Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel a preorde pleasee cancel within 15 days of purchase to receive a refund! After this time frame your product is already being made special for you and I can no longer accept cancellations at this time.

    Chargeback Policy

    Please note that chargebacks are extremely unfair if we were in communication or if you never communicated with me about seeking a refund. I am a small business and it can be detrimental to receive chargebacks or disputes. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute, evidence will be submited where you agreed to these polices as well as any revelant evidence of shipment receipts etc. Please don't do it, it's not very nice. 😔
