⭐ What is a pre-order?
A preorder is an item that hasn't been made yet, by purchasing a preorder from my shop you are making this product possible by helping to fund it. (Thank you for my life.🙏 )This means that the product will take some time to be delivered to you, first preorders have to end, and then the product has to be made and send to me which I then will ship to you. All the information about production time and estimated shipping time can be found on each items listing. Please be aware not all my products are preorders, only those that are labeled preorder. Also please be aware that if you order items that are not preorders with your preorder, you entire item will ship together when the preorder items arrives!
⭐ How long will it take for my order to ship?
During shop updates please expect 3-4 weeks for your order to ship! I get a lot of orders during shop updates and it's just me and sometimes two people shipping out all the orders everyday! I appreciate your patience immensely !!
⭐ Do orders come with tracking?
Yes all orders come with a tracking number, you will receive an email from me as soon as your order ships along with a tracking number, please allow at least 72 hours for this number to activate.
⭐ Where are you shipping from and what service are you using?
I ship from the United States, and I use USPS to ship!
⭐ Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I ship world wide, please be aware that packages from the U.S can have custom fees once they arrive to your country. These fees are not charged by me but by your countries postal services. by purchasing from my shop you are agreeing to pay these fees! If you choose not to pay the feel the product will be returned.
⭐ How long will my item take to arrive once it is shipped?
Domestically (U.S.A) it can take 5-10 days to arrive.
Internationally it can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.
⭐ I put in the wrong address or I need to change my address!
Please reach out to me via my contact form with your order info and your new address and I will get that fixed or changed for you! I will reply to you with confirmation.
